“I'm pleased that Peter looks after my clinical cases in specialist practice and the complex cases from my Consultant clinic in the NHS. The work is always back in time and to a faultless high standard. What means a lot to me is the dialogue about cases by email or phone enabling me to explain complicated requirements. I sometimes need to push the boundaries but Peter always reliably delivers the quality.”

“I have been working with Ascherl Ceramics for over four years and they continue to be a reliable and dependable partner in providing high quality fixed prostheses for my patients. Before Ascherl Ceramics, I operated a system in which I was comfortable but not realising I was accepting 'niggles' with either adjustments to fit/ aesthetics, delivery consistency or paperwork. Not so with Peter and his team who have been excellent. It is clear to me that the work they produce has been individually and carefully considered, accurate, well presented and always on time. All ceramic work (at any grade) has that extra degree of realism built in and the gold work is satisfyingly precise and with all work I can see that attention has been paid to careful die trimming, contacts and occlusion. With trickier matching cases I can relax and send the patient to Ascherl for a personal shade match with great results and excellent feedback from patients. All this serves to give me less stress and have happier patients. And an equally important thing – all this is done for an excellent price! Thank you Ascherl Ceramics.”

Mr N Sehmi, Oasis Healthcare, Croydon.

“I moved to Putney SW15 from Cape Town in July 1984 just a month after I graduated as a dentist at Stellenbosch University. We were 3 dentists who were taking over the running of 2 dental surgeries in Putney and Wandsworth. The previous dentist used a ceramics laboratory called Ascherl Dental Ceramics, based conveniently in Wandsworth, which meant that collection and delivery of impressions and prostheses were just a phone call away. In those days Mr David Ascherl used to bring the finished product with a huge smile of pride on his face and always enquired about the case and explained any possible niggles that might be experienced. He was always prompt if not early with the deliveries.

Today we have Peter who obviously learned from his father how to keep customers happy and also quality control. When there is any doubt about an impression or occlusion, they are still only a phone call away and it gets resolved very quickly. I now practise in Portugal and even sending impressions by 1st class mail and receiving it by courier, there is no problem in having the product back well in time. The work is of fantastic quality and very high standard without fail and even if there is something not quite right, it is resolved very quickly without any extra charges involved. The fees are also very competitive.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ascherl Ceramics to any colleague and plan to work with them for many more years. I wish them all the success that they deserve and well done guys! I am proud to be part of your custom.”

Dr Louis B Fisher B.Ch.D. Stellenbosch

“I first started using Peter and his team at Ascherl Ceramics 9 years ago whilst Head of Dental Technology at Guy's, King's College & St Thomas' Hospitals. We used Ascherl Ceramics for routine work that our undergraduates provide as well as for some complex cases for our staff and post graduate students. This included conventional porcelain bonded to metal, gold and all ceramic restorations. I found the lab to have an excellent understanding of our demands as well as the technical skill and ability to carry out some of the very complex cases that the Institute require. There are always staff on hand to advise on any technical issues at each stage of the restoration. As well as the very high quality of work they produce they also provide first rate customer service where nothing is too much. I cannot remember work ever being returned late! Given the significant amount of work they carried out for us this is quite some achievement.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ascherl Ceramics to anyone and wish the Laboratory continued success.”

“Guys and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust have been using Ascherl Ceramics for over 7 years as an outsourcing laboratory to provide a Fixed Prosthodontics service. During this time contracts are only offered to laboratories following a strict tendering process. Ascherl Ceramics on 3 tendering processes have submitted a high standard of sample cases and maintain the same quality during the course of the contract.

The staff, from Peter Ascherl to Bob the driver are always helpful friendly and always willing to go that extra mile should the need arise. The technicians in the laboratory are experienced in many facets of fixed Prosthodontic cases and their knowledge and skill is invaluable to the Trust.

Should the need arise to use their services I would highly recommend Ascherl Ceramics.”

“I am very pleased to comment on this laboratory who have been our preferred crown and bridge technicians for the last eleven years.

During this period the standard of work supplied has been of a consistently high quality, together with a reliable and supportive after-service. This has been particularly helpful to us as our work is mainly dealing with the needs of undergraduate dental students.”
